An Open Letter From Award-Winning, Published Playwright, Jay Huling. (10/18/2013)

My name is Jay Huling, and I wrote the comedy "Hard Luck Sings the Blues" that Adam currently stars in at the Washington County Playhouse. I first met Adam earlier this year when he played the role of "Jon Pocket" in another one of my comedies "The Church of Diminishing Marginal Returns." After seeing Adam's talent first-hand, I personally requested that the producers cast Adam as the lead role in "Hard Luck Sings the Blues." It's rare that a playwright hand selects an actor to play a character, but you'll discover Adam is perfect for the role. It's as if I wrote it specifically for him. He's that good, that funny, and that enjoyable in the play. I urge you to go see him in it. I'm so confident you will love "Hard Luck Sings the Blues," I'm willing to offer you a DOUBLE YOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. If you don't think the show is the funniest play you have ever seen, just let me know. And I will personally cut you a check for twice the amount you paid to see it. That's right! If you honestly don't like the show, you could actually make a profit! So you have absolutely nothing to lose. But I'm sure I don't have anything to worry about -- because you will love Adam and the rest of the cast in "Hard Luck Sings the Blues." Please visit the "Hard Luck Sings the Blues" Facebook event page and let us know you're coming. And call the Washington County Playhouse to reserve your seats. Their number is 301-739-7469. Come laugh with everyone else at the funniest play of the year.
