Biography

What a great responsibility it is to make people laugh, think, and feel. That's what led Adam to acting and what fuels his addiction to the stage.

For over 20 years Adam has performed in various regional, dinner, traveling, and community theatre productions throughout Maryland and West Virginia. He recently performed alongside Tony Award winner Wilson Jermaine Heredia (Angel Dumott Schunard, RENT). He studied acting, improv, the elements of dramatic production, technical theatre, as well as costume design at Maryland Ensemble Theatre and in college. He has also done some work for local commercials and acted in the web series, F.E.M.I. 9. In recent years he has studied tap dance under Donna B. Grim and Edie Ritterpusch. Off stage, he serves as a photographer, social media marketer, and a member of the artist committee for various theatre companies.

Adam is a sought after actor in the theatre community and is known for his versatility. Some of the roles he's best known for playing are Billy Crocker in ANYTHING GOES, Enjolras in LES MISÉRABLES, Link Larkin in HAIRSPRAY, Elliot Garfield in THE GOODBYE GIRL, The Baker in INTO THE WOODS, Warner Huntington III in LEGALLY BLONDE: THE MUSICAL, George Gibbs in OUR TOWN, and Heinz "Hard Luck" Laughlin in HARD LUCK SINGS THE BLUES. Adam has been recognized for his performances on DC Metro Theater Arts and has two Broadway World awards for his performances in BAREFOOT IN THE PARK and LES MISÉRABLES.
